Sponsorships
What are sponsorships?
The Chamber has over 150 different programs offered annually for our members and prospects. These programs cover a variety of subjects and give our members a wonderful marketing opportunity for exposure to many different businesses throughout the region while supporting the Chamber’s economic development efforts.
Sponsorship is the opportunity to partner with the Chamber in order to increase your publicity, visibility and your client development potential. To achieve these returns, your company provides financial or in-kind resourced for a specific program or event.
Some benefits of sponsorships include (differ from event to event):
- Speaking Opportunities
- Exposure of company name/logo on signage and collateral
- Event registration list for follow-up marketing
- Awareness from the business community about your products or services
Guidelines
Sponsorships sold by volunteers during the previous campaign can be renewed/resold by that volunteer. If the volunteer is no longer involved in On The Move, the Team Captain can renew/resell that sponsorship.
- You must get approval from your Team Coach on selling a sponsorship prior to signing any agreement. This is due to availability of sponsorships and industry exclusivity issues.
- You are responsible for administering any paperwork and having all sponsorship agreements fully completed, signed, and handed into the Chamber prior to receiving any payouts or production
