Agreements

The following forms are agreements issued by the Chamber to companies for products or services rendered to the Chamber for a particular need, program or event. To access on of the forms below, please click on the title and the document will open in .pdf format for you to view and print. Please return all completed forms to the Chamber.

TABLES/TICKETS AGREEMENT: The Chamber hosts approximately 150 programs each year ranging from educational seminars to major community and political events designed to enhance the region business climate.

PRINTING SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT: Please verify prior to finalizing any printing sponsorship agreement. Chamber Contact must approve printer.

SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT: Please contact Tara Orio prior to finalizing any sponsorships of a program or event.

HOST AGREEMENT: Gain valuable exposure for a company by hosting one of the numerous Chamber programs and events.

VENDOR AGREEMENT: Trade agreements for products and services.
