Get Credit for Honoring Small Business
The Chamber created the Small Business Excellence Awards in 1982 to showcase the achievement and impact of small businesses in our region. Each year, businesses with fewer than 100 employees are recognized for their creativity, vitality, stability and relevance.

Other important factors in selecting the winners include civic involvement and responsiveness, mentoring, corporate responsibility and employee recognition. The winners are nominated by their regional business peers and selected by a panel of distinguished business owners and advisors.

Ten awardees will be honored at the 24th annual black-tie dinner dance on November 2at the Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn’s Landing. We invite you to join us in congratulating all of the 2007 winners, along with Master of Ceremonies, 6ABC’s Consumer Investigative Reporter Nydia Han.

Even if you cannot attend, we encourage you to help us promote the event with your colleagues, which will also earn you credit towards the OTM Cancun Dreams Trip.

See Your Name in Lights!
Compete with other On The Move teams in weekly challenges to win extraordinary prizes. Utilizing upwards of 200 employees from more than 25 different regional corporations, On The Move volunteer teams work with their Chamber curators to sell a full palette of memberships, tables and tickets to Chamber events, sponsorships and other Chamber products. And the plot thickens—revenue raised by the campaign serves to increase the Chamber’s membership base and add new programs, while advancing existing services.

Be the headliner during this two and a half month long performance, which will not only enhance the value of your Chamber membership, but your top performers will greatly expand your existing business network. You will work closely with our Chamber staff and develop key relationships with other members.

Visit the On The Move Web site often to discover the weekly winners and the prizes they have won. When will your company stand center stage?

The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce hopes all our teams break a leg during the next 10 weeks of fundraising competition.

Challenge: YPN Membership

Winner Criteria: Most sold by October 19th

Prize: Two tickets  plus parking to the 10/26/06 Flyers/Atlanta game
